BA LL.B Glen David Goddard SC Glen, a former attorney, has been an advocate since 1994 and is an experienced commercial litigator in the areas of contractual disputes, municipal and rates law, property development, town planning, professional indemnity claims, procurement and land claims. He has appeared alone, as lead counsel and as a junior in the Constitutional Court and Supreme Court of Appeal, has multiple reported cases, was treasurer of the KZN Bar Council for 10 years, formerly chaired a Bar ethics and complaints committee, and has mentored more than 10 pupils, most of whom are now established advocates (including senior counsel). He took silk in 2015. His other interests include cycling, motorcycling, rallying, diving and local history.
